142: Enbeaked Onion Rings

We kick it off with some beer brags. Jeremy touts out a new brewery and wurstery that he went to. Michael has Jeremy guess the country of origin for his beer. Then we begrudgingly take on with the Christmas stuff. Michael and Jeremy try their hand at a quiz about Christmas songs. Somehow, Billy Crystal and Spike Jonze are involved. Then it is off to Toyland, as we discuss the top selling toys of yesteryear with some fond and some not so fond memories. Finally, it is time for a completely not festive FDR, which is refreshing on multiple levels.

141: Uncle Burt's Suds

We start off with beer brags. Jeremy had an Easy Eddie (sp?) while playing "trivia" - the fix was in. Michael brags about two heavy hitting brews - a quad and Black Butte XVIII. Then it's time for Jeremy on the Aisle! Jeremy gleefully reviews recent films he's "scene" in this jaunty segment. Michael discovers a movie he might actually want to watch. Then, Let's Feud. Google Feud. We try, but mostly fail at this game. Then the FDR. Will it be like The Giver and give us warm memories of summer while we try to escape from a fierce dystopian hellscape as we trudge through the snow? Did that kid die at the end of that book?  It was never clear to me.

140: Chase Taste

Beer brags like fingerprints are slowly raising. Michael has Sisyphus Blonde which reminds him of an old belove brew from yesteryear. Jeremy has good news though... this scion of said brew is still being brewed!  Jeremy then brags about a side-by-side he tried: Stone Xocoveza Charred vs. Stone Xocoveza. The results intrigue. Michael bring back the Podcast Pitch with "Raised by TV" and "Music of the Mat". Next, a hamfisted quiz about demons that we found online. Finally, the FDR.

139: Barley Winehouse

Beer Brags abound! With the Duchess and a nice, spicy, brown mustard ale. A letter then drifts out of the American Pale Male Mail Pail and we read it. The notion of the movie Junior passes and we answer the question contained within. Next, we Beer the Band! Or Artist in this case as we design a brew for the late, great Amy Winehouse. Then we realize this may be in poor taste. Speaking of taste, time for the FDR. Does this "freak beer" inspire?
