138: William Milo Stone

After munching on stuffing, Jeremy and Michael are back for another episode. Beer brags include tasting a sour while under the influence of miracle fruit and a brown ale from Big Grove. Next, we talk our Black Friday strategies, then naturally we move onto 80s trivia. The FDR prompts a long discussion (with sidetracking about submerged trees, Abe Lincoln, and book suggestions) about a remarkable brew.

137: Goo Pie

A late night recording, this one kicks off with talk about the classic WCW event "War Games" before getting into some beer brags. This leads into a discussion about the latest that is happening with Toppling Goliath. Next, we move onto NA (non-alcoholic) beers in NA (North America). BA (Beer Advocate) reports on breweries that are trying to break new ground with flavorful non-alcoholic beers. Next, Michael presents Jeremy with a Pie Tournament to help him select his favorite pies. Then the FDR is up, which is a little nutty (as in the beer contains pecans, not that it is crazy or off the wall).

136: Skittlebräu

Beer brags commence, but with a slight twist. Michael is going LIVE with his beer brag, formulating and consuming a Skittlebräu. Jeremy gets stupid with Hop Stoopid. We then open the American Pale Male Mail Pail and get a message from a good friend. Peanut butter is debated. Skittlebräu pops back in, right before "Beer the Show", where we design a beer for a television program. After a final check in with the Skittlebräu it is time for the FDR.

135: Spit Whippin'

Let's kick it off with some beer brags: Michael tries another Oktoberfest and Jeremy goes on a trip down memory lane, trying old Brew Hoo Hoo beers. What can we do with all this leftover Halloween candy? Ruin great beers by theoretically pairing the two? Sure why not. But only after a healthy dose of cynicism. Also put down that weird "sandwich" Wolfgang made. Wolfram? Wolfsoft? Whatever. Finally, it is the FDR. We unwittingly go corporate and we unwittingly go summer.
