097: Burst Processing

Sega Genesis may have had blast processing, but in this episode we invent burst processing. Or at least we make the term up. Maybe some day we'll actually have a definition for it. For now though, we sample a beer that uses "hop bursting" to deliver quite the punch of hop flavor.
