Beer in this episode: Karben4 Night Call

199: 1968
Today's trivia comes from the Baby Boomer edition of Trivial Persuit, bringing up topics that the hosts are tangentially aware of. Roy Clark, Richard Nixon, and Jimi Hendrix all pop up in the conversation. Then for the FDR, a simple smoked beer causes much deliberation and hemming and hawing.

198: Cabbage and Hot Dogs
We open up with with trivia from 2002, though most questions really don't show their age. Topics covered include trigger happy Germans, superfans, and Jeremy & the gang wolfing down hot dogs. Though superficially the result does not sound impressive, remember these are non-cabbage trained individuals and that hot dogs are kind of nasty. For the FDR, hey you, celebrate the season with this seasonal classic.

197: Peops? Peeps? Pipys?
We open up with a little trivia from the 1980s, but not necessarily about the 1980s. Topics covered include the Wu dialect, everybody going to Rick's, Peops?, and more devastating Jeremy injuries. For the FDR, we have the pleasure of trying a former brag that was done by Michael. Bojack Horseman somehow works his way into the analysis of the brew.

196: American Pale Males Lyte
Welcome to the new (temporary) format! As we bank some episodes for an extended leave, we offer condensed weekly episodes. After introducing the format and capturing some "Lyte!" takes, we get into trivia. We face off against know-it-all questions on tiny European nations, horns, and bullwhackers. Right after that, we dive into an FDR where we try a not oft sampled style on the show.
