151: Frisbee Full o' Beer

A broken Jeremy introduces the show and brags about a nice stout he had and Buster, the first bottled release from Big Grove. Michael had two Belgian-style barreled-aged beers from 3 Sheeps. Speaking of strange combinations, the American Pale Male Mail Pail brings up a whiskey aged in an IPA barrel, not the other way around. Then we talk the volumetric properties of Frisbees. Finally, we move on the the FDR, where a much awaited brew greets us.

150: Weestone Heavy

Michael brags about Depth Charge, a brew with a curious and historical brewing process. Jeremy spills the beans on a future potential FDR Farmer John's Multi-Grain Ale. You know, like the 4th best Cheerios. He also talks Toppling Goliath. Next, we talk about the thrilling world of litigation! That's right, Stone sued MillerCoors and it is/was the talk of the town. Michael has a quiz that is actually about beer for a change as we get to know the world of Brettanomyces. Finally, it is time for the FDR, where things get a wee bit heavy.

149: Pressing Metal

Jeremy meets the mad djinn that is Brettanomyces, while Michael sips on some Dragon's Milk from a barrel. We then discuss four PRESSING questions for the craft brewing industry in 2018. Next, Jeremy indulges in an edgy quiz about edgy metal music. Come for the TV cameos, stay for the bones! Next, we are off to the FDR, where the name is apropos for the season, but does the brew match as well? We shall see! Hmm!

148: Beautiful Disasterpiece Theater

Michael kicks it off with a beer brag on a basic beer, Supper Club. The character of Nerdo "Quiz Show" Fink is introduced. Jeremy has a beer boast of a horde of booty he obtained at a great value. Next, we tap into the American Pale Male Mail Pale for an article that was sent to us on low ABV brews overseas. Then we reminsece about SimCity 2000 and real life natural disasters that we have been in. For whatever reason, this makes us thirsty, so it is time for the FDR, where we try an American-made tripel that was previously mentioned on the show before via Counsel of the Great White North of the Show. After a heavy metal diversion, we finally rate it.
